Ease of us
Using the information within a collection of digital documents created by Electra is very easy. These documents are typically hosted on our servers or delivered to the customer's storage server device for regular use and read-only CD-ROMs are provided for backup. In this scenarios, simply access a document management system that contains a complete inventory of all the documents and their related index information (batch, date, author, subject, etc.) Simple query tools also provide the capability to search for specific texts among compilations of documents to find those that meet specific criteria. With the click of a button, in much the same way that you are now used to search for information on the web, you'll have useful access to your entire universe of paper and electronic information.

Simple Imaging Process
First, the documents to image are briefly made available to Electra in the form in which they would be normally organized at the office. These paper documents are then converted to digital format, and are cleaned and processed using a number of technologies, including optical character recognition. Next, an index database of all the digital documents is created by recording the information required by the customer, such as date, author, subject, bates number, invoice number, etc. Finally, the newly created digital documents are delivered to the customer in any of a number of digital formats, media types, imaging systems and server configurations. All your information is ready for quick access.
True reproductions of the original
Electra creates digital documents that are true reproductions of the original paper document. Without altering the images, these digital documents can become "intelligent" by incorporating a number of attributes that augment their usefulness, including full text search capabilities.
